This year, Leonel celebrated an incredible 20 consecutive years with Landmark. Two decades of dedication, hard work, and commitment is an achievement worth celebrating, but describing Leonel as simply loyal, dependable, and hardworking doesn't quite capture the impact he has had on our team.

Over the past several weeks, Yardnique Founder & CEO, Brian DuMont, has been featured in two separate National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) articles, each addressing a different challenge facing today's commercial landscape industry. While one focused on lessons learned during the 2008 recession and the other explored rising operational costs and customer pricing, both interviews revealed a common thread: successful businesses are built through disciplined leadership, strategic decision-making, and long-term relationships.

Each year, the Lawn & Landscape Top 100 event brings together the very best from across North America to celebrate the people, partnerships, and achievements that continue to shape our industry. This year's event was no exception, and we were honored to have members of our team in attendance to connect with fellow industry leaders, exchange ideas, and celebrate another incredible year.
