Yardnique Announces Jeff McKinley as Vice President of North Super Region

Experienced industry leader to oversee operations across Yardnique’s NST and Coastal Regions.

Yardnique is pleased to announce that Jeff McKinley has stepped into the role of Vice President, leading the company's North Super Region, which encompasses North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and the Coastal Regions.

With extensive experience in the commercial landscaping industry, Jeff brings a unique combination of operational leadership, business ownership, and strategic expertise to his new role.

Jeff joined Yardnique through The McKinley Group, a company he previously led. Before joining Yardnique, he held senior leadership positions with BrightView and The Brickman Group, where he gained valuable experience managing large-scale operations, developing teams, and driving business performance.

His background as both an owner-operator and corporate leader gives him a valuable perspective on the landscaping industry and the importance of building successful businesses around the people who make them possible.

Strengthening Leadership Across the North Super Region

In his new position, Jeff will work closely with Regional Leaders Barrett Hines and Shawn Fitzgerald to further strengthen operational capabilities, financial performance, and sales processes throughout the North Super Region.

Building upon the strong foundation already established by the region's leadership teams, Jeff will provide additional guidance, mentorship, and strategic support as Yardnique continues to grow.

His focus will be on empowering local leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring teams have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Building on a Strong Foundation

As Yardnique looks to finish 2026 strong, Jeff will dedicate his efforts to supporting the North Super Region through the remainder of the year. This leadership transition reflects Yardnique's ongoing commitment to investing in its people, strengthening regional operations, and positioning the organization for sustainable, long-term growth.

Please join us in congratulating Jeff McKinley on his new role. We look forward to the experience, leadership, and perspective he will bring to the North Super Region as we continue our mission of creating the Best Landscapes on Earth.
